This cream filling-sealing-capping machine is composing by intermittent indexing device, filling part, sealing part, cap elevator, cap feeder and capping part(Please refer to the machine drawing).
Turn on the electricity power, the hopper and heating pipe of sealing device strat heating, when the temperature get to the set temperature.
The main motor and conveyor motor are turned on, bottles are fed to bottle stoppart, the sensor sense bottles, then bottles are fed to intermittent indexing device to filling, sealing,capping part step by step.
Product contact parts like hopper, filling nozzle,valve etc are made up of 316L stainless steel,machine frame will be made by Aluminium-alloy and sheet metal.
Other parts will be made up by 304SS, carbon steel with nickel-plated, aluminous.
Same parts will made by same material.
The turn table of the machine will be made by engineering plastics nylon(PA66), two color for option (white and black), it is with strong rigidity and wearable.
