Applications
The ZCP is used in plastic hollow-forming equipment. It is applied with the screw extruding and blowing process and a “multi-head” (4, 6, 8, 10 ,12) structure. The action of close mould, “blowing and forming”, cooling, opening mould and cutting bottle tops can be accomplished with its high production rate.
Equipped with non-lubricated pneumatic components in the forming process, the machine is suitable for all kinds of packaging containers, such as dairy bottles with various specifications, pharmaceutical bottles and chemical bottles in a safe and sanitary environment.
