The whole process of the machine, cup dispensing, powder flashboard filling, screw filling of solid material, lid sucking and placing, dot heat sealing, seasoning pack sucking and placing, plastic cover sucking and placing, cover pressing, cup discharging are all under automatic control. The machine is used for the filling and sealing of products like spaghetti, macaroni, powder, other dry material and instant noodles.
The machine can be used for cups of two diameters and both precut lid and roll film can be used in the machine. The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packaging equipment with advanced technology, applicable function, reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy and stable operation and convenient for maintenance. It uses PLC+ touch screen control. The electrical and pneumatic components for the machine are mainly imported form Japan and Germany.
