Applications
The whole process of the machine, cup dispensing, no cup detection, dust sucking, filling, lid sucking and placing, dot heat sealing, film placing heat sealing, photoelectric pattern proofreading, cutting left over film collecting, cup discharge, CIP and air purifying are all under automatic control. The machine is used for the filling and sealing of products like coffee milk, milk, yogurt, ice cream, artificial dairy products, juice etc…
The machine can be used for cups of two diameters and both precut lid and roll film can be used in the machine. The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packaging equipment with advanced technology, applicable function, reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy and stable operation and convenient for maintenance. It uses PLC+ touch screen control. The electrical and pneumatic components for the machine are mainly imported form Japan and Germany.
