HD Cartoner – Heavy Duty Cartoner
The HD Cartoner brings significant productivity gains to your manufacturing line. The HD
Cartoner’s fall through design means product spills will fall directly on the floor which allows for
easier cleaning and wipe down. The servo drives on the cartoner offer reduction in mechanical
components thus minimizing overall footprint and providing smooth operation. The servo drives also
provide accurate feedback and fault diagnostics as well as assisting with changeover for different
carton sizes. High speeds are also achievable through the machines robust frame and rotary
feeder. Numerous options can be added to the HD Cartoner including leaflet inserts, date coding,
extended magazine and open flap detection. Discharge belts are also included to reduce
carton marking.

MK-2000 Horizontal Manual Load Cartoner
The MK-2000 is an economical cartoner that can quickly bring value to your production line. The
MK-2000 features a double operator station to allow for high manual load packaging speeds.
Paperboard cartons; regular, full, or economy flaps; fine flute corrugated; glue, seal or tuck
cartons – the MK-2000 cartoner handles these cartons with ease. Nordson ProBlue adhesive
unit provides accurate glue application on carton flaps. Tuck option is available for tuck style
cartons. Allen Bradley controls provide smooth operator control and accurate fault diagnostic
capabilities. The MK-2000 also includes a “No Product/No Carton/No Load” feature to reduce
waste and improve efficiency. Stainless steel construction and full safety guarding are standard.

CP-TLG Top Load Case Erector and Packer
The CP-TLG provides high-end efficiency for your production line. The CP-TLG incorporates
three separate processes into one machine. The CP-TLG will erect and bottom seal the case,
top load the case with product, and top seal the case all in one machine. Normally, two or three
separate machines are required to complete what the CP-TLG performs. In addition, the CPTLG
incorporates a Flat Stack MagazineTM and Cartesian Robot case erecting technology. This
unique combination eliminates tabs and pins and provides an ergonomic case magazine.
Therefore, no adjustment of the tabs and pins is required and operators can easily load the case
blanks. All of these features combine to maximize the CP-TLG overall operating efficiency.

MK-CTP Compact Intermittent Motion Tray Packer
The MK-CTP Tray Packer is a compact and flexible machine. “No Tools” fine tuning, with
quick release ratchet handles on key adjustment points provides quick changeover capabilities.
