The linear filling machine Apollo LP (Lobe pumps) is intended for automatic filling of demanding food-processing industry products such as ketchup, mayonnaise, salads, mustard and sauces. Machines fitted with the Lobe pumps allow perfect sanitation using CIP/SIP technologies. As they are ease to clean, they are also suitable for the use in the pharmaceutical industry.
The dosed liquid is measured by volume by means of the Lobe pumps. The machine can be equipped with a various number of pumps. (from 1 to 12 according to the required capacity)
A dose is centrally continuously adjustable on a display and according to the selected dose, the machine can be equipped with pumps of various sizes. The machine can be supplied with the installation and operational qualifications IQ and OQ.Standard equipment includes automatic volume adjustment on the display. With help of the display, it is possible to program and save the filling speed for each product, including the speed reduction at the beginning and in the end of filling.One of the main advantages of the filling by means of the Lobe pumps is the possibility of filling the products containing particles of material (spices, fruit in pieces, vegetables, etc.)
